Log in to the Administration Control Panel click on the Permissions tab and on the Forum Permissions link (red on my image) on the left menu this is what you should see:



Highlight the forums you want to edit in the Select a forum section or chose All forums or chose 1 from the drop down menu on the bottom and click on Submit.. this is what you get:



Chose the group/groups you want to edit (to highlight more than 1 hold down your Ctrl key while you click on the groups you want to edit) and click on the Edit Permissions button



Chose the relevant permission for each group, you can fine tune the permissions even more it you click on the Advanced Permissions link,

When you're done click on the Apply all permissions button.
