Categories Not Showing UpOriginally Posted by Ali  Categories will not show up unless there is at least one forum in them. Categories will not show up unless the Category State is set to Visible. If you've set forums in a category and set the cagetory state to visable and your forums are still not showing up then you should check the Permission Access Levels by going to the Admin CP -> Forum Control -> Manage Forums -> click on the Permissions link by the forum you want to display and adjust the permissions by ticking or unticking the boxes as you can see on the image, when you're done, click on Edit this forum.  Incase you've got no clue what the permissions Read, Reply, Start, and Upload mean here's an explaination of each:
Read - Can read over topics in the selected forum. Reply - Can reply too topics in the selected forum. Start - Can create new topics in the selected forum. Upload - Can upload files/attacments in the selected forum.
