We call this Bulk E-mailing. It's a simple process that sends a e-mail of your content to all the selected user groups of you're board. To use the bulk e-mail function follow this path:Admin CP -> Users and Groups -> Bulk Email Members from here you may bulk email your members by configuring the form below. Click the 'Quick Help' link for more information. You may send one bulk email every 5 days. Spam is strictly prohibited. Here, I'll break down this section of the Admin CP for you.

Bulk Email Members: Content
The first option under this sub-heading is Email Subject the e-mail subject is what you'd like the e-mail to be called, simply input it's title in the box provided to the left of it. The second option is Email contents simply erase everything that's currently in this box and type the message you wish to send to you're members in this box (note: Click the "Quick Help" link for further assistance).

Bulk Email Members: Settings
Under this you'll see all the user groups you've got on you're board. Here you'll be able to select which groups you'd like to send the e-mail to, simply toggle each group from Yes or No.

Before sending the bulk e-mail you may Preview it by clicking on the preview button. You may send it by clicking on the Proceed button.
